As a Mechanic Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and machinery, assisting with diagnostics and repairs, and ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations. You will work closely with our team of mechanics, learning from their expertise and contributing your own skills and knowledge to the team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist mechanics in performing routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles and machinery.
• Perform diagnostics and repairs on automotive and heavy machinery.
• Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of the workshop, including tools and equipment.
• Participate in safety briefings and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in the training of new staff members.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the workshop operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive or heavy machinery maintenance.
• Knowledge of automotive and heavy machinery systems and components.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment, such as scan tools, torque wrenches, and multimeters.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company standards.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
