📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform daily maintenance and inspections of high-pressure boiler systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair boiler systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor boiler operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement improvements and upgrades.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are documented and reported accurately.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Boilerman in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in boiler operation and maintenance (e.g., Boiler Operator Certificate).
• Familiarity with high-pressure boiler systems and safety regulations.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
• Experience with industrial software and documentation systems.
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
