In this role, you will be working closely with our sales and credit teams to ensure that our customers meet our creditworthiness criteria. You will use various tools and software, including GPS devices, data collection forms, and credit assessment software, to gather and analyze customer information. Your daily tasks will involve visiting customer locations, collecting necessary documents, and conducting interviews to assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect and verify customer data using GPS devices and data collection forms.
• Conduct creditworthiness assessments by interviewing customers and reviewing their financial documents.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with sales and credit teams to ensure that customers meet our creditworthiness criteria.
• Use credit assessment software to analyze and report customer information.
• Provide regular updates and reports on data collection and credit assessments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer data and assessments.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in data collection and credit assessment.
• Proven experience in conducting field surveys and credit assessments.
• Familiarity with GPS devices, data collection forms, and credit assessment software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations related to credit and data collection.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel frequently to various locations in Konawe Utara and surrounding areas.
