📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential vulnerabilities.
• Provide strategic guidance on legal and compliance matters to senior management.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to protect the company and its stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management, legal compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using risk management software such as SAP GRC, RSA Archer, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with financial services and digital financial ecosystems is a plus.
