📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality mathematics instruction to high school students, focusing on both conceptual understanding and practical application.
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and the unique needs of your students.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
• Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver enrichment activities, such as math clubs, competitions, and field trips.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest teaching methods, technologies, and best practices in mathematics education.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as open houses, parent-teacher conferences, and community outreach programs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and critical thinking.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of teaching experience in a high school setting, preferably in mathematics.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum for mathematics and a commitment to staying up-to-date with best practices in the field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents.
• Passion for mathematics and a desire to inspire students to develop a lifelong love for the subject.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools, such as GeoGebra, Desmos, or other interactive learning platforms.
• Valid teaching certification or license, as required by Indonesian regulations.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
