📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct merchant visits to understand their business needs and challenges.
• Present and demonstrate Staffinc Group's products and solutions effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants through regular follow-ups and personalized service.
• Track and report sales performance and merchant feedback using Salesforce.
• Identify and pursue new merchant opportunities through strategic canvassing.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to merchants.
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building merchant relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
