📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the maritime industry.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth and innovation in our port operations.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and project managers to ensure the successful execution of strategic plans.
• Collaborate with government agencies, shipping lines, and other stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive mutual benefits.
• Monitor industry trends and advancements to inform our strategic decision-making process.
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage budgets for development and studies projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the maritime industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the maritime industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the maritime sector.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
