In this role, you'll collaborate with our team of strategists, designers, and developers to produce high-quality content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and more. Using tools like Hootsuite, Canva, and Google Analytics, you'll track performance and refine strategies to ensure our content resonates with our audience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute content strategies that align with our clients' digital marketing goals.
Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Write compelling blog posts, articles, and email campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
Design graphics and visuals using Canva and other design tools.
Monitor content performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine content strategies based on data insights.
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and content creation.
Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and aligns with brand guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation.
Proficient in using social media management tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and visual appeal.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
