📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform comprehensive financial audits, including internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks.
• Prepare and present detailed audit reports to clients, including management letters and working papers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting standards and regulations, such as GAAP and IFRS.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior auditors to foster continuous improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new audit methodologies and tools.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to discuss audit findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in external auditing, with a strong background in financial statement audits.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as Deltek, Oracle, or SAP.
• Certification in professional accounting bodies such as CPA, ACCA, or CA is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address financial issues.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
