As a Health Club Attendant, your daily tasks will include greeting guests, assisting with spa treatments, managing fitness equipment, and ensuring the club runs smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests at the front desk and throughout the health club facilities
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
• Assist with spa treatments, including preparing treatment rooms and assisting with massages
• Operate and maintain fitness equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition
• Manage the health club’s inventory, including restocking supplies and maintaining cleanliness
• Promote wellness programs and activities to enhance guest experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
• Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospitality or wellness-related role
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of spa treatments and fitness equipment is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali
