- Manage policyholder accounts and maintain accurate records
- Process health insurance claims accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry guidelines
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and brokers to facilitate claims processing
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and improve processes
- Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and clients
- Monitor claims trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present reports on claims processing and policyholder activity
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health insurance administration
- Strong knowledge of health insurance regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in using enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
