📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Manage accounts payable processes using QuickBooks or similar software.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all accounts payable transactions.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to vendor payments.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements.
• Support the finance team in maintaining a clean and organized accounts payable system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, SAP, or other accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
