📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and create visually appealing retail displays using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement display concepts.

• Monitor display performance and gather feedback to improve future displays.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in visual merchandising.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferably with a focus on visual merchandising).
• 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field (internships or freelance work count).
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software.
• Strong understanding of retail principles and customer psychology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
