You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing piling and bored pile projects, using advanced tools and software such as AutoCAD and BIM 360. This role is perfect for professionals with extensive experience in piling and bored pile construction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of piling and bored pile projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Supervise and train construction teams to maintain high standards of work.
• Use advanced software such as AutoCAD and BIM 360 for project planning and management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
• Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed of project progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in piling and bored pile construction.
• Certification in piling and bored pile construction (e.g., from the Indonesian Association of Civil Engineers).
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and BIM 360.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and standards for construction in Indonesia.
