📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement nursery management plans to ensure optimal growth and development of oil palm seedlings.
- Monitor and maintain nursery conditions, including soil quality, water management, and pest control.
- Conduct regular assessments of nursery health and productivity, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely and efficient planting of seedlings.
- Train and supervise nursery staff on best practices and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with the Nursery Manager to achieve overall nursery performance targets.
- Utilize nursery management software to track and analyze nursery performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainable farming practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in nursery management, preferably in oil palm or similar plantations.
- Certification in nursery management or related field is a plus.
- Strong understanding of agricultural practices, soil science, and plant pathology.
- Proficient in using nursery management software such as AgriSoft or similar.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Indonesian agricultural regulations and best practices.
