📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.,Report sales performance and activities to the sales manager.,Attend training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
