📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.,Develop user manuals, quick start guides, and other instructional materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with designers and developers to ensure technical documentation is user-friendly.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Contribute to the improvement of our documentation processes and tools.,Provide support to customers and internal teams through technical documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a similar role.,Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy.,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software.,Experience with documentation management systems is a plus.,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
