In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all applicable tax laws and regulations. You will work closely with our finance team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings, as well as to identify and implement tax-saving opportunities.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and file all tax returns, including corporate and individual income tax returns, sales tax returns, and payroll tax returns.
  • Monitor and track all tax-related expenses and deductions to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to tax laws and regulations and ensure that the company is in compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation of tax-related financial statements and reports.
  • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely tax filings.
  • Identify and implement tax-saving opportunities to minimize the company's tax liability.
  • Provide tax-related training and support to employees as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tax-related transactions and filings.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tax-related role, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and tax preparation software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
