🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a supervisory role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of HR software and systems.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a team and mentoring employees.
