In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction and architecture projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction and architecture projects from inception to completion.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.,Monitor project budgets and timelines, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and other relevant standards.,Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.,Mentor and develop junior project managers and team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management within the construction and architecture industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and technologies.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in project management software and tools.,Understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
