📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide strategic financial advice to the management team.,Develop and implement financial plans and budgets.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Prepare and review financial statements and reports.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
