📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's sales database, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.,Process and track sales leads, appointments, and follow-ups, coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely responses.,Prepare and distribute sales reports, including performance metrics and market analysis, to the management team.,Handle client inquiries, provide information about our services, and assist in the booking process.,Coordinate with the finance team to process payments, invoices, and other financial transactions related to sales.,Maintain and update the company's sales and marketing materials, including website content and promotional materials.,Assist in the organization of sales events, workshops, and other marketing activities, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Alternatively, a relevant diploma or certification is acceptable.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales administration or customer service role, preferably in a B2B or service-based industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.,Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot, is a plus.,Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of local language (Indonesian) is a plus.
