📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in account management.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall business strategy.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
