PT Kusuma Mandiri is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proven track record of success in a similar role. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the growth and success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees,Oversee the employee benefits and compensation package,Handle employee grievances and disputes, and mediate conflicts,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation,Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and implement new strategies as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficient in using HR management software and tools,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies is a plus
