Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and metrics,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the recruitment process

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proven track record of successful recruitment and hiring
