📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and execute test plans and test cases to ensure the quality of software products.,Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to identify and report defects.,Collaborate with developers to reproduce and fix reported issues.,Create and maintain test documentation, including test scripts and test reports.,Stay updated with the latest testing tools and methodologies to improve the quality assurance process.,Work with product managers to understand requirements and ensure they are met.,Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers.,Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,2-5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in a QA or development role.,Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools, such as Selenium, JIRA, and TestRail.,Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.,Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
