📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in a manufacturing or production environment.,Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and control systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Understanding of quality control and improvement processes.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
