📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and develop MEP systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and Revit
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for MEP projects
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
- Collaborate with architects and structural engineers to integrate MEP systems into overall building design
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams
- Review and approve construction documents and shop drawings
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in MEP engineering
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in MEP engineering
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
- Knowledge of building codes and standards relevant to MEP systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Certification in LEED or other relevant sustainability programs is a plus
