📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage the pattern room, ensuring all materials are available and organized for production.
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless material supply.
- Oversee the quality of materials and patterns, ensuring they meet our high standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new patterns and materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and order new materials as needed.
- Provide training and support to junior staff in the pattern room.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the pattern room.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the textile manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in using textile design software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and materials.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems is a plus.
