📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily maintenance activities across all A&W Restaurants outlets in Jakarta Utara.
• Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols using tools like SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to manage inventory and procurement.
• Monitor maintenance costs and develop strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with store managers to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with daily operations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve maintenance standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the food service industry.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
• Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance teams and budgets.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management software such as SAP, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
