📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement logistics strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering systems using ERP systems like SAP and JDA.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and optimize the fleet of vehicles, including maintenance scheduling and driver performance.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to negotiate contracts and secure the best rates for transportation services.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on logistics performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a manufacturing or transport environment.
• Proven experience with logistics software such as SAP, JDA, or Blue Yonder.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a must.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
