Depot Kirana Mart is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Contribute to the overall success of the Depot Kirana Mart brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food service industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.,Understanding of health and safety regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
