📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations,Prepare and analyze financial reports,Ensure accurate and timely financial recording,Monitor and control financial performance,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance is a plus
