📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily operations of the outlet, including sales, inventory, and staff scheduling.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet, adhering to health and safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and attract customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet performance standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with the central office to ensure consistency in product quality and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or food service management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
