📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems.,Monitor and maintain network and system performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Experience with IT support tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
