Provide technical support to employees and ensure that all IT systems are running smoothly.,Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.,Monitor network performance and ensure security.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
