Apotek Jaya Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve targets.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration.,Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management roles.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Understanding of the coffee and beverage industry is a plus.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
