📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the HR team, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to meet business needs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns and issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Organize and facilitate team-building activities and training sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proficient in Mandarin both written and spoken.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Experience with HRIS systems like BambooHR or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
