Direct Food Cemerlang is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an immediate opportunity for an experienced professional to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and be able to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our delivery vehicles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the delivery fleet,Ensure all vehicles are in good working condition and meet safety standards,Schedule and route deliveries to optimize efficiency and minimize costs,Monitor and maintain vehicle maintenance records,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries,Handle any issues or concerns related to the fleet operations,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and suggest improvements,Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Valid driver's license and experience driving commercial vehicles is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations,Familiarity with Google Maps and other navigation tools
