As a Deputy Teller, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Teller in managing the cashier operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Teller in managing cashier operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.,Maintain cashier records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor cashier balances and report any discrepancies to the Head Teller.,Assist in training and supervising junior cashiers.,Ensure the cashier area is clean and organized at all times.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.,Assist in preparing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly cashier reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with using cash register and point of sale systems.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and basic spreadsheet software.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
