📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize daily mining operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with the Operational Manager.
• Manage and mentor a team of operational personnel, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Utilize industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MineSight to monitor and optimize mining processes.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in mining operations, with a strong background in large-scale mining projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing mining operations.
• Certifications in safety management, such as ISO 45001 or OSHAS 18001, are a plus.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, AutoCAD, and MineSight.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.
