As a Branch Manager, you’ll lead a team of 10-15 retail associates, ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve daily sales targets. You’ll leverage your deep understanding of retail operations to streamline processes, implement best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and market share.
• Manage a team of 10-15 retail associates, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
• Monitor inventory levels, order stock, and ensure timely delivery and replenishment.
• Collaborate with the regional office to align branch operations with company-wide goals.
• Leverage POS systems like Square or Shopify to track sales, analyze performance, and identify trends.
• Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers to ensure a seamless supply chain.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 8+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a high-volume retail environment.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers.
• Proficiency in using retail management software, such as Square, Shopify, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in Retail Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
