As a Barista at PT Kaivalya, you’ll be at the heart of our café’s daily operations. You’ll prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty lattes, and seasonal drinks, using high-quality beans and premium equipment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, specialty lattes, and seasonal drinks.
• Operate espresso machines, milk steamers, and other café equipment with precision.
• Maintain a clean and organized café workspace, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering coffee beans and supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the café team to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on the latest coffee trends and techniques to continuously improve your craft.
• Participate in café events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the café industry.
• Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment, including espresso machines and milk steamers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a passion for interacting with customers.
• Familiarity with coffee beans, roasting methods, and flavor profiles.
• Basic knowledge of café management practices and inventory control.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of coffee equipment and supplies.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
