📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assisting in the procurement process, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Maintaining and updating procurement records and databases.,Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely replenishment.,Assisting in the preparation of purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Supporting the procurement team in achieving cost savings and improving supplier relationships.,Providing administrative support to the procurement department.,Participating in team meetings and contributing to the development of procurement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
