📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales targets.,Oversee the performance of sales associates and provide coaching and training as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations.,Monitor store performance metrics and develop strategies to improve sales and profitability.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement store initiatives and promotions.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand standards.,Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and annual reports for the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
